July Degustation

Exploring Native Australian Produce Sunday 31st July from 6.30pm Join us for our July Degustation on Sunday 31st July from 6.30pm. The Cowrie’s Head Chef Reece Timora has created a 5 course menu, exploring ingredients that are Native to Australia. This is a blind menu, which will be released on the night. You will have the opportunity to indulge in a paired beverage experience on the evening, with a selection of matching wines and cocktails available with each course. We are offering three seating times for this event; 6.30pm, 7pm and 7.30pm. Please contact the event manager to discuss availability if you are a group of 7 guests or more. If you are unable to select your preferred time, or there are no seats available, please add your details to our waitlist for our event manager to contact you in the case of any cancellations. Full payment of $125pp is required upon making a reservation. If you are to cancel within 72hrs of the event commencing, you will forfeit your full payment of $125pp. Children are welcome to attend this event, however we will not have a children’s menu available. All guests will be required to dine from the 5 course degustation menu priced at $125pp. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Whilst The Cowrie is always happy to accommodate all dietary requirement, due to the nature of ingredients included in this menu this may not be possible. We can accommodate for those who have gluten intolerances, or who are vegetarian.
