Margan Bar Takeover
Join us in the bar prior to your reservation to discuss all things Margan & the Hunter Valley before heading through to your table for dinner, or drop in for a glass and a bite at our newly launched bar area. We'll have five wines from Margan to choose from showcasing the traditional and the contemporary sides of Australia's oldest wine region where, since 1996, Margan Wines has been crafting award winning wines from estate-grown in the Broke Fordwich sub-region of the Hunter Valley. We're delighted to welcome Margan to The Cowrie and look forward to you joining us.

Test Kitchen Tuesdays
Our aim with Test kitchen menus is to bring the design of dishes to the table. With the kitchen team exploring our gardens, local producers and new cookery techniques it gives the team an opportunity to test new dishes before they make their way to our menus. The main focus is flavour using the best produce we can source. Menu is released on the night and dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.

Nashdale Lane Bar Takeover
For over 20 years, Nashdale Lane has been crafting delicious wines from one of Australia's finest cool climate wine regions. Join us at The Cowrie Bar before your reservation, or stop by for a snack and a glass and choose from a fresh and dry Riesling, a moreish Rosé, a spicy Shiraz and more while discussing the wines of Nashdale Lane and the beauty of NSW high country.

Celebrate Christmas in style overlooking the stunning Terrigal coastline with an indulgent five course menu showcasing the finest seasonal produce. Enjoy exquisite dishes such as Glacier 51 Toothfish, glazed ham with dauphinoise potato, and your choice of cherry pavlova or Australian triple cream brie to finish.
