Test Kitchen Tuesdays

Our aim with Test kitchen menus is to bring the design of dishes to the table. With the kitchen team exploring our gardens, local producers and new cookery techniques it gives the team an opportunity to test new dishes before they make their way to our menus. The main focus is flavour using the best produce we can source. Menu is released on the night and dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.
