Test Kitchen Tuesdays
Our aim with Test kitchen menus is to bring the design of dishes to the table. With the kitchen team exploring our gardens, local producers and new cookery techniques it gives the team an opportunity to test new dishes before they make their way to our menus. The main focus is flavour using the best produce we can source. Menu is released on the night and dietary needs can be accommodated upon request.

Celebrate Christmas Day with us at The Cowrie with a special four course menu showcasing fresh seafood, premium produce and festive favourites.

Children’s Menu (12 and under) $95pp
Begin with a selection of oysters, sashimi and snacks, followed by hibachi grilled Skull Island prawns with melon, cucumber, blistered tomatoes and fig leaf oil. For the main course, choose between a luxurious Murray cod bouillabaisse or smoked and glazed ham with Yorkshire pudding, accompanied by seasonal sides to share. Finish with your choice of cherry pavlova or warm fruit pudding with roasted plums.
