Manjimup Périgord Truffle Oil

Cold-pressed extra virgin oil infused with the rich aroma and flavour of black Perigord truffles. Sourced from the soils of Manjimup, Western Australia – a region known globally for producing high quality black truffles.

Truffle Hill carelly harvests each truffle at peak ripeness before cold-pressing. This is a blend of pure, premium olive oil with complex woodsy notes of black Périgord truffles. As a result it offers a balanced flavour without overpowering your meal.

We recommend this  truoil to finish dishes like risottos and pastas, also drizzled over eggs, grilled vegetables or artisanal bread to elevate any meal.
