The selection includes Spanish Gordal olives, Green Sicilian olives, and Kalamata olives from Greece. These olives deliver a balance of meaty, sweet, and briny notes.
We marinate this selection in lightly smoked olive oil, infused with fresh citrus zest and our gardens herbs. This combination enhances the natural character of each olive without overpowering it.
