On the nose, you’ll meet subtle aromas of white flowers and melon, followed by crisp citrus – a signature of the Kimmeridgian limestone soils at the edge of Chablis. The palate is lively and fresh: lean yet textured, with green apple and grapefruit zest giving way to a clean crisp finish.
