Sourced locally and sustainably, Ourimbah Creek Farm Honey is a pure, natural honey harvested with care. Known for its rich, golden colour and smooth, balanced flavour, it’s well suited in both home kitchens and professional settings.
We use this honey in our own cooking and at the Cowrie Bar, where it brings a signature touch to our cocktails and mocktails. Well paired drizzled over breakfast, stirred into tea and in mixology.
