Hand-picked early in 2023, the fruit fermented as whole berries and matured 13 months in French oak hogsheads, with only the best barrels selected for the final blend.
Thomas Sweetwater Ridge Shiraz showcases aromas of violets, potpourri, and spice lead to raspberry, mulberry, and black plum on the palate, complemented by hints of pepper, five-spice, and a sleek mineral thread from limestone soils. Silky tannins frame a long, elegant finish, making this wine floral, poised, and unmistakably Hunter Valley in character.
