This French Brie features a soft, velvety rind that gives off aromas of mushroom. Beneath the rind, the paste remains creamy and supple, becoming gooey as it matures. Expect soft hazelnut notes and a gentle earthiness. At peak ripeness, the rind develops rusty patches, and the flavour intensifies into something bold.
